Final post, Card Squad retiring
M. Barrett Sandler, or Hoyazo as he is probably best known to most of you, has provided us with invaluable insight to the game. He will continue blogging about poker and analyzing hands over at his personal blog.
Wil Wheaton can be found blogging all over the net, including our sister site TV Squad where he gives an insightful (and hilarious) look into the world of Star Trek TNG. He can also be found writing on his personal blog, about geek stuff, news at Netscape, and blogging LA. Wil would like to say "So long, and thanks for all the fish."
It's been a pleasure working with both of them.
As for me, I'm simply moving my desk down the virtual hall. I'm staying with Weblogs Inc., posting for both Slashfood and Blogging Baby. Bet you didn't know I could cook! If you have some time, come visit me there.
Again, thanks to all our readers, it has been a great run!

10. Good morning,
I love your blog and there are many reasons, why? Every morning when I wish to learn a thing or two about poker and casinos, online happenings, tournaments and tips and tricks, studying your blog, the first paragraph does this and I can safely say, where I stand now is because of your blog
Thank you

15. Brilliant business decisions by Weblogs, Inc. I'm surprised, frankly, that they didn't try to sell "the card player's weblog" to, like, um, CardPlayer.
I hope you bring your new foodie cronies to the next WPBT!

16. Joanne,
Thanks for all of your hard work, and I hope you know that one letter of appreciation usually represents something like 700,000 actual readers. Or maybe that's how the Nielsen ratings work.
In any event, I'll miss this place. It was always a nice site to check out when I had a few spare seconds at work. I'm sorry I that I'm unlikely to see much more of your writing since I don't have any interest in reading about food, and I didn't care much about reading about caring for babies even when my own kids were young. As the saying goes, I didn't kill them, so that must've made them stronger, right? (Actually my plan is to raise my kids to be inconsiderate jerks so when they become teenagers and rebel against my authority they'll turn into nice, polite people.)
Good luck in all your future endeavors.
