Stan Weiss wins Mirage Poker Showdown

Six players went to the final table yesterday at the Mirage Poker Showdown's Main Event, which will be the first episode broadcast in Season Five for the World Poker Tour.

According to Jason 'Spaceman' Kirk at Bluff Magazine, Weiss held K5 vs. Demetriou's K6 in the final hand, but managed to spike a 5 on the river for the win, sending Demetriou home in second place. For full details of the tournament, go check out Jason's recaps at Bluff.

Final standings and prize money awarded to the top six were as follows:
