My friend Bobby Bracelet recently played in a soccer tournament to raise money for Peyton Novoa. Her mother Natasha died of a rare form of cancer earlier this year. Bobby mentioned this tragic story to a few people such as Jason Kirk from Bluff Magazine. Jason then mentioned it to WPT Player of the Year Gavin Smith and ESPN writer Steve Rosenbloom.
Slowly, Peyton's story has been getting around. Michael Friedman wrote a great article about it for Card Player Magazine.
Rosenbloom even mentioned it in his column for ESPN. Our friend Shelly helped design a website called For Peyton.
Gavin Smith asked his friends to help out. A few pros such as Phil Ivey, Mark Seif, and Mike "The Grinder" Mizrachi donated autographed jerseys and hats.
Phil Hellmuth and Gavin Smith contributed monetary donations. Stop by For Peyton to see how you can help out.

1. Thanks for the promotion! I've got a little ForPeyton.com banner up on my blog that people can download if they want to help promote the upcoming charity auction.
