Following suit in the latest trend, Absolute Poker is the most recent online card room to offer blackjack in addition to poker. I find it kind of strange that they don't offer a play money game though - you can only play for real cash. What is even more amusing is that their website answers such questions as:
What is Blackjack?
What does it mean to "Hit"?
How do I use Insurance?
Seriously folks, if you don't know the answers to the above questions, you really, really, really shouldn't be playing it online for real money.

1. The addition of Blackjack must be a huge money maker for the Poker sites - while I haven't played (Blackjack) at Absolute, I read on their website that they use a six-deck shoe that is reshuffled for every hand. This is even worse for card-counters than at Party Poker, where eight decks are used and shuffled once 10% of the cards have been dealt.
Translation - save your Blackjack play for live tables with fewer decks and deeper shuffle points.
