It is apparently never too early to start planning, especially if you are looking to be one of the thousands that will attend next years World Series of Poker. Pacific Poker will begin running their qualifiers on November 5 for a chance to win a $10,000 entry plus $2,500 in expenses for the 2006 WSOP.
Pacific must also feel as though players are finding online poker too slow. They have added faster ‘Nitro’ tournaments in the form of Sit ‘N Go and MTT’s, as well as ‘Nitro Ultra’ which are even faster. If you are a ring game player looking for an accelerated game, they have also added ‘Fast!’ and ‘Turbo!’ tables to their cash game roster.

1. Just want to give players at pacific poker a little tip. The pacific poker software does not update by itself! If you want to use the new software from pacific poker you need to go to their website, and download the software again...seems crazy, but thats pacific...
