The newest event on the poker horizon is the Poker Millionaire Challenge. The inaugural tournament is scheduled to be held in Las Vegas from April 21-28, 2006. The Poker Millionaire Challenge is offering freeroll satellites through their online poker room which you can find at www.pmc06.com.
Apparently a number of poker professionals are on board to attend the PMC including Daniel Negreanu, Kathy Liebert, Annie Duke, Andy Bloch, Evelyn Ng, and TJ Cloutier, among others.
The prize pool for the inaugural tournament is estimated at $2.5 million dollars.
