A-Rod vs Phil Hellmuth

A-RodAlex Rodriguez, the New York Yankee third baseman, has supposedly hired Phil Hellmuth to be his poker coach. How funny is that! Phil is a very smart man. He’s hanging out with the richest man in Major League Baseball. It shouldn’t take Phil too long to fleece Alex.

Alex or A-Rod was seen playing poker in Chelsea a couple of weeks ago. According to several club players, A-Rod and Phil Hellmuth arrived at the poker club together and it was shortly after the Yanks beat Baltimore.

A-Rod and Phil got to play in one of the private rooms. They played $10/$25 No Limit Hold'em. Both guys reportedly busted out and lost a few grand each. A-Rod was even rumored to have played at the famous Playstation Club which has since been closed down by the NYPD.
