The U.S. District Court of Nevada recently ruled in favor of Shuffle Master, Inc. in a legal matter against professional poker player Joe Awada. The court decision involves a trademark issue about a casino game. Shuffle Master is ticked at Joe Awada and his company Gaming Entertainment, Inc. Joe's company has developed a bunch of casino games in the past and will continue to do so but they have to stop selling and advertising a specific game due to this court decision. Shuffle Master doesn't only make those automatic shufflers in poker tables but they also design casino games. Another hearing is scheduled for October 17th.
